Samsung Healthkalau di dunia medis, tidur itu sudah memakan kurang lebih 342 kalori.. mgkn trmasuk jalan sedikit dsb itu menambah jumlah kalori
spt yg @haloabay katakan, kalau mau lebih akurat (walau tidak 100% akurat), lbh baik pakai galaxy watch.. bisa menghitung sleep stages kita, brapa lama kita tidur, brapa lama kita REM, nyenyak ndak, dsb ✌✌
