With this services, it allow on Samsung to do check on your phone to find what the cause of the error directly online check on that time. It may cause data used.This services already have since long before.
It's make me wonder why on the same brand type phone and same update system released but not all have same experience problem and facing different error. Or maybe have no problem at all.
