i need help here, i've failed to register my card on samsung pay even though my card is on the list.

Have you ever register the said card on the other Samsung phone for Samsung Pay?

nope, but i get the idea now y it is happen.. thanks.. i reset my phone last week... 😭

I see... no worries. In case if before u have use the same card for Samsung Pay and recently you did reset the phone, all you need to do is call the bank to release the active token for the said card. After they remove it, then you may able to add the card back
