Change the location

Hi everyone.  I just wanna ask if there's any possibility to change location for Samsung Pay because mine is imported phone. I bought it from Singapore but I live in Malaysia. Would it possible since the country is still in Asian ?

In regards to the issue, Samsung Pay is based on region. It means that a Malaysian device is only compatible with a Malaysian Samsung Pay application.

Therefore, if your device is a Malaysian device it means that only a Malaysian Samsung Pay application is compatible with the device. There is no alternative to alter the region.

This is not good, we owned the phone and should be able to switch any country where samsung pay is support. If this is the case bye bye samsung

I only know you can unlock "regional lock" for simcard. You do that by using a local simcard of the country you bought the phone and make 2 local calls between 10 and 15 min.
