Does anyone know if all those mastercard has restrictions on mobile wallet? I see different carrier Mastercard. Wonder if anyone comes across with issue on the setup for Samsung Pay.

Chat-r and Fido Mastercard! does those work on Samsung pay( other mobile payment app) or restricted under Rogers/elite Mastercard only!
