Samsung Pay Promotion Error

I tried to register for the new Gap $10 promotion, however, I receive an error that prompts me to close and relaunch the app. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Yea I got the same issue. i even restarted my phone but no luck.

prior to accepting terms and conditions, you must add new credit/debit card and then register. It worked for me

Yup, you have to add a new credit card or debit card that is supported by Samsung Pay, then you have to register for this promo, and then make your first payment with that card.
