Samsung Pay team still here ?
Samsung Pay rewards look empty .
Use gear s3 twice this month but no point awarded .
Please fix the problem and wake up samsung pay team .

what phone are you using? i have seen the notice that gear only gives the point when you connect to samsung phone only.

just use your phone samsung pay and get point directly on the sport..no need use the gear s3..need to connect to phone and battery drain out fast

you may contact the helpdesk. I sent them the receipts and my payment history screenshot to prove i havent get the point. helpdesk gave me back the point.
