Cannot control smart plug in smart things

Hi,

I have a Meross mini smart plug and it is added to smart things but it does not operate. However, on the Meross app, I can turn on and off the lights no problem. What am I missing here?

Please check whether the smart plug is compatible with Smart Things. You can refer below link to check which devices work with Smartthings.

It's compatible since it's in smartthings and is already added.
