Problems adding Honeywell TCC Thermostat

I am unable to add my Honeywell TCC thermostat to my smartthings account.  I follow the directions:

In the SmartThings mobile app:

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Plus (+) icon and select Device
  2. Select Honeywell and touch Thermostat, then select Total Connect Comfort
  3. Choose a Location for the device
  4. Choose a Room for the device and touch Next
  5. Tap the field that says Click to enter Honeywell Credentials
  6. Sign in to your Honeywell Total Connect Comfort account and accept the agreement to connect your Honeywell account with SmartThings
  7. Select the thermostat(s) you wish to connect with SmartThings
  8. Tap Done to complete setup

However, when I get to Step 5, the page never loads with the boxes to allow me to enter my Honeywell Credentials.  It simply shows an XML error "This XML file does not appear to have any style informaiton associated with it."

 

Can someone please let me know how to fix this.  Thanks.

I no longer get the XML error. Now I am getting a "Network or server error occured" fault.

Dude I have no clue but the general fix and don't just over look it...
delete all connections if any,
restart all devices including the router,
give a minute and try to reconnect everything all again 🤷♂️

Also you may need to roll back the app if a new update screwy er 🤦‍♂️

Thanks for the input. I rolled back the app (a few times) and the link to the honeywell sign in worked.

Most won't roll back the app once let alone a couple times!!!!

Care to share the versions info? In case someone else runs into this issue you can help them fix it too 😉🤙👍
Also id turn off auto updates so you don't get surprises in the future 🤦‍♂️

I first tried to roll back to version 1.7.40-21 and it did not work.

I then rolled back to version 1.7.37-25 with success.  The honeywell login screen came up and I was able to link my accounts and add my devices (thermostats).  After adding my termostats I updated to the latest version of smartthings (version 1.7.41-25) and could still control my thermostats via smartthings.  Thanks again for the suggestion.
