Hi, I purchased a tablet for my sons birthday. I'm typically pretty tech savvy but for whatever reason I can't log in to the samsung galaxy store, everytime I log in it says processing failed. I went through Live Chat and the guy said to call tomorrow since it might be an account issue but I'm able to log in on a regular browser so I'm not sure why I wouldn't be able to log in on the tablet.

 

Since I can't log in I can't download any apps on kids mode and his birthday is tomorrow. Can anyone help?

Happened to me yesterday. Reset the phone. Problem fixed.
