Feature Request: Home Screen Widget for Opening app in pop-up mode

I'm using tablet and some app only looks good in small phone size window. EX. Twitter. I would like to always Open a specific app in pop-up mode all the time.

You can do with Edge Panel. Drag app to the middle.
