Tab s4 Android 9.0 Pie and the One UI

When will the tab s4 get the update for android 9.0 and the one ui, I read the notice for the update list and it said "Xcover4" is that the tab s 4 if not, it's not on the list. I mean it should get it right since it came out with the note 9.
