super slow motion on tab s3 and s4

No. eDRAM is Embedded DRAM. For Super Slow Motion, you need eDRAM directly in the camera.

this is completely new to me....
I'm trying to find more info about edram and samsung but all I get is intel (cpu).
From what I gathered, eDRAM is embedded in the same chipset with the CPU, not necessarily the camera,

for clarification, the note 8's 6gb of RAM, is it all eDRAM?
the tab s4 has the same chipset, the msm8998.

what I did notice is that the tab s4 uses a different camera, but with the same specs.
