Tabletshappens primarily with youtube or any video streaming app. A reboot stops the problem, but it'll come back after a few days. This is not an isolated issue, as many users in north america were reporting the same problem.
samsung, as usual, ignored the problem. That's when to our surprise, the december update fixed the audio/video lag issue with update ARK4, though the changelog made no references.
As of yesterday the problem returned.

Tabletseven if they do, there's no commitment, no ticket number for reference holding important info such as logs from different users. There's no tracking, no awareness, no ownership. Different users reporting the very same problem and support agents react indifferently or with lethargy.
