I suggest you open Samsung Members App and test the speakers.
Samsung Members app >> Get help >> Interactive checks >> Test the Speakers.
Please try to connect your Bluetooth speaker after clearing the cache and data for the Bluetooth application in the Settings >> Apps >> 3 dot menu >> Show system apps >> Bluetooth > Storage >> Clear cache & Clear data.
Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.
