Themes not downloading

Anyone else having trouble downloading themes?  They keep timing out.  I've cleared cache and data on the Galaxy Themes app and it still won't download.

I'm not having issues with themes timing out. My issue is the error messages every time I try to purchase one. It's happened only this weekend

Having the same issue. I reported it and am waiting on an answer. Has anyone found a resolution?
