Do not buy extended warranty that Samsung proposing u! For EACH repair you have to send your phone and pay 129$ fee! If Samsung won't be able to repair it they will send you NOT a new phone as store reps saying, but refurbushed! It could be even a different model! Complete vaste of money! Crooks and liars!

it's really not a waste, carriers for example Roger's charge around 13 a month and then 400 to replace a device
I bought Samsung care+ and it's a way better deal

I agree, I had bell care on my device and I was paying $12 EVERY MONTH and then when my phone crapped out on me, I had to pay $350 for a replacement REFURBISHED device....and that $350 is on top of my $12 I was spending every month.

Samsung care is so much better. ALSO

Yes they will give you what is availble, if they have a new device, you will get a new device if they have refubrished, they will give you refurbished, and they will ALWAYS try to give you same model/color.

They just cannot guarntee it so this is why they have to say otherwise.
