Poor sound quality of Galaxy Buds
● Wireless network services may be disabled due to service provider network issues. Be sure to keep Galaxy Buds away from electromagnetic waves.
● Make sure your earbuds are within the maximum Bluetooth range (10 m) from another Bluetooth device. The distance may vary depending on the environment in which the device is used.
● Depending on the volume of the connected device, you may experience volume or noise reduction. To avoid this, adjust the sound of the connected device as appropriate.

try to delete pairing on your phone. then reset pairing on your buds. restart device. if still the same contact tech support
