Galaxy Gear Fit 2 Pro Heart rate problems

I find that the heart rate feature is almost totally useless on this device. This is my one and only complaint about this device. On multiple occasions it shows my heart rate at 200-220bpm. It was showing my resting heart rate the other day at 110bpm when it was actually 59bpm. I've tried rebooting it and adjusting it on my wrist. More often than not it's wildly inaccurate.

I can say I never had that issue with the fit 2, now that I've gotten the sport, I've given my wife the fit 2, and she has no issues with it. you may want to make sure the sensor is clean, and that it is firm against your skin when taking a reading while limiting your movements

Hey @ThePerk, you may want to take it in to your nearest Samsung Service Center so that they can physically inspect your device.

hr sensor / pedometer is totally non functional. has not even been a year. a lot of people are having this issue beware!
