when and where did you buy the note 10+? i know they made it free during 1st months of launch date on samsung.ca and rogers and other network companies put it on a deal too.
Most promotions for these often occur on preorders and/or new product launches. Seldom see these promotions post product launch. Though I've never really looked for such promos after launch. So could be incorrect on that.
