Can anyone tell me if the 'touch wake up' actually drains the battery faster than the 'wake up gesture'?

I would say the touch to wake would not be as heavy on battery due to the wake up gesture makes the watch face come on more 👍

I thought so too but every time I 'optimize' my battery which you can do in the settings, it always turns off the 'touch to wake' function to save battery and not the 'wake up gesture'
