Gear s2 classic not connecting with s9+

S9+ detecting the s2 watch and getting struck  while finalizing  the setup

Kindly advice on the same.

you can only connect to one device at a time. To connect to another device, the gear s2 has to be resetted.

Exactly. Backup your watch, go to Settings on the watch, go all the way down and select Pair to new device.
