How to remove watch band without the metal piece

Need help please. I want to change my watch band but the small metal piece got broken. Any tricks on how to remove it without the small metal piece? Please check the photo. Thanks!

Please provide us the model number of your watch which could be helpful to assist you easily. You can find it on the rear panel of the watch and it starts with SM-R.

go to any jewelry store,they should be able to provide you with the proper pins
