When trying to update my watch through my 10e it consistently drops connection at the point of transferring updates to my watch. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

btw apps that fail to update include the Health app, which gets halfway through cycle and drops BT connection ending in an error.

the only help Samsung offered for this was to go to a service centre and get a technician to look at it
