i am having an issue with my galaxy buds plus that came as a bonus when i got my s20plus. charged my buds at 100% including the charging case, set them aside. then a day or 2 later my left earbud is at a lower battery % already while my right earbuds is still at 100%. And this drain is happening while both buds are in the charging case. No solutions found anywhere on the web either.
Edit: I found a possible solution involving disabling the ambient feature before storing back in the charging case, hopefully this fixes it.

Same thing happens to me but not that fast of a drain. But I'll definitely check that disabling that ambient sound mode before storing them in the case.

update: it seems this problem may have been a firmware issue after all. at least in my case, updated to the latest version and the draining issue went away. now the batteries on both buds are draining at an equal measure.
