Limited apps w/ awful usability & won't even update?!

Can someone explain HOW this is possible for a communications giant & considering how much the watch costs?
The # of apps stinks, they are not user friendly and for the last MONTH my watch won't even install them. 
I've received 0 help from Samsung or even an acknowledgement of the issue despite sending all the data requested. 
Is this a common thing with Samsung because quite frankly I have yet to find anything that this watch has on Fitbit considering it is double the price.

honestly man I agree with you, I've contacted Samsung multiple times and filled out multiple bug reports and got the same response "you'll have to take your watch into a service centre near you" which is stupid, my watch is fine, it's the crappy software that doesn't work.

I had my watch a month and it has been in for repair twice Don't expect Samsung to help because they don't care about you trust me been down this road with my watch
