WearablesHelp please.
New galaxy watch active.
It keeps trying to install the new software update but although it comes through in my phone it fails every time to push to the watch. I have reset watch, deleted app on phone, restarted it all etc etc and still cannot complete the download.
What can I do other than send the watch back?

Kindly share the model number of the phone and galaxy watch.
