Right Galaxy earbud sound too quite

Today when I turned my Galaxy buds on my the right earbud sound way too quite but the left one is working fine. Last time(2 days ago) when I used them they were all fine and there is no physical damage on them. Please help

try assigning volume up / down on the earbud touchpad, and then tap the volume to zero, and then back up to 10

I wish they would put a volume slider in the galaxy wearable app, that's separate from the main volume. This seems like a common problem for people.

volume is quiter even when its not connected and I press touchpad

to be clear, you are tapping the volume down on the ear pad multiple times correct? Followed by tapping up multiple times?

if no work you might want to try clearing cache/data in the app, uninstall and reinstall the buds...

lastly, if you have a tablet or other, try connecting to that to any different..

You need to hold the pad to turn up the volume up on the headphones also make sure your phone volume is up. Last but least make sure Ambient sound mode is off.
