Recently I started using Gear Fit 2 Pro. All looks nice, accept stride length when walking inside a shopping mall. Up to now, I was using Samsung Health which calculate walked distance more accurately. ( I think, they are using formula: high x 0.415 = step length).
Gear Fit 2 Pro is adding about 8-10% to my walking distance, although number of steps is the same on both.
Is the any way to adjust step length on Fit 2 Pro? Or should I send feedback to Samsung support complaining about this?
After my initial complain about step length and distance calculation in Samsung Health, it was fixed in few weeks.
