default way of watch face sharing

I have a Galaxy watch 46mm. Recently I wanted to share a watch face with a friend. From the watch face selection module I selected the "share" option and then share by SMS. The problem is that since that moment I can't select any other way to share. The watch simply directs me to sms.
Is there any way to revert that choice?

You probably chose "use for ever" but I don't know how to change that

Can you try accessing the watch faces in settings and clearing default settings.
