Hi! I am looking for my samsung earbuds. I LOST IT IN Costco Richmond parking lot. Just wondering anyone saw it. Please help me to return it to the customer service. Thanks
I am not sure if it is too late now. If your ear buds still have battery, you can open wearable app, Gear icon x, Settings tab, click Find my gear. You should able to get it back if your buds still have batteries. Good luck.
I understand the situation, here are the steps that would help you to track the earbuds.
1.From the Home screen on your phone, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen. Tap the Samsung folder, and then open Galaxy Wearable app This application comes downloaded by default in the “Samsung” folder. If you do not have this app, please download it from “Galaxy Store” or “Play Store”.
2.Scroll down and tap “Find My Earbuds” to begin the search.
3.Tap “Start”. The earbuds will start beeping, getting gradually louder for a period of 3 minutes.
