galaxy earbuds plus issue

My samsung galaxy earbud plus left side is not or working or connected i just bought it 3 mos ago can somebody help to fix this issue

You can try to reset your buds using the Galaxy Wear App. Otherwise, that could be a hardware issue.

1.Put your Galaxy Buds inside the case.
2.Then unpair it from Bluetooth.
3.Reset it through the Galaxy Wearable App.
