I got my galaxy watch last week, when i started using its tracker sensor not working properly.

When am on treadmill workout it paused many times even though am walking on treadmill... like even if we see like time or just to see distance or sometimes normally too..

I feel there is a bug in software.. 

I had gear s3 and that nvr happened.

also.. i walked on treadmill with 6.2km speed it just recorded as 5.5km.. on gears3 its spot on with speeds..

i feel like returning it.
if its a issue..

Hey @phani,
Please submit an error report in the Samsung members app. Alternatively, you can bring your device in to your nearest Samsung Service Center so that they can physical inspect it and solve your issue.
