May i ask that why the battery drain of my left galaxy buds+ have many difference with right buds as the picture shown? I had put it in the right position when charging

i had claim at first time but they just help me format so would them really lets us claim the warranty?

yes, go back and show them reformatting did nothing, this is a faulty device

then may i ask two question?
1. is the exchanging a new set process is carry on on spot or need to wait few day to get the new set buds?
2. does i need to bring any warranty receipt and the box of packaging galaxy buds+ to the centre?

1) i was asked to come few days later to pick up. not sure if thats how its done or my SC had no stock on hand

2) bring receipt just to be safe
