my galaxy bud 2019 problem

When I open the case put my head phones in my ear. One ear side will have no volume at all. Just started now. Please help me fix this issue. I put then in the case get them out again and they work fine. Some times I lose 1 head phones. 100% charged all last night. Not battery problem on my end. Anyone that had come up with this issue and if you fix it please give me a heads up. Thank you. Community

Pictures is showing the right side is not working, did you invert the buds ? Are they positionne like mine ?

Is this a problem since you bought them, they are on warranty, ask for a Exchange

Need to be clean often
