yes but maybe it takes time to reach to your region

go into your watch's settings > about watch>Software and tell us what version of Tizen you're on. you should be on 4.0.0.2. if you are, go to your main screen and hold the top button for 3 seconds. you should be patient as the download needs to happen. after some time, Samsung pay will appear on your watch
