having same problem for months now. did factory reset couple of times, nothing happens.. still same issue.

Reset the watch to factory take the galaxy watch app off your phone reboot start over. I had the same bug and I believe it was due to a bug with and update with the galaxy watch app.

It's a firmware issue Samsung Canada has been slow to update (lte models) and an issue since May of this year. Factory resets, reboots, etc. won't help. We have to wait for Samsung Canada to stop being lazy and fix this issue that has been fixed in other countries back in June/July but we're still stuck waiting.
