It's for my grandma actually she has the oldest touchscreen phones, Samsung J7 Prime 2016 that one that is experiencing lagging issues and delayed and crashing, She wants a new one but he doesn't know what she should pick, When I gave my old phone in 2020 (Vivo Y11) she said the controls are different, so she should get a Samsung device?
