One UI 4 is now on Beta 4 with expected release sometime in the first quarter of 2022 (or possibly by the end of the year). The update usually starts with recent releases, then flagship phones, and then select midrange units. They usually post the eligibility somewhere online and also here on the app when launch date is near. I saw an article about eligible devices and posted it here last week. Please check my profile. 😁
