Hi! You may check these steps to manage your samsung account:

Manage your account on a phone or tablet

To manage your account from a phone or tablet, open Settings and then tap your name at the top. Tap profile info and then tap the info you want to change. Make your edits, and then tap Save.

Manage your account on a computer

    1. Navigate to the Samsung account page on an internet browser, enter your credentials, and then click SIGN IN.

    2. Click your name in the upper right corner. Click My Account, and then click My Account Info

    3. Enter the information you want to update. When you're done, click Save at the bottom of the screen to save changes.

    4. If you want to change your email address, click Samsung Account settings. Click Email ID, and follow the on-screen prompts to finish.

Manage your account on a TV

    1. To manage your account from your TV, navigate to Settings.

    2. Select General, and then select System Manager.

    3. Select Samsung Account, and then select My Account.

If you need to update your region or country, you'll have to contact Samsung Support. You won't be able to do this from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Changing your country will delete your purchase history, as well as the following services:

    • Find My Mobile

    • Samsung account (SEMS)

    • Call & text on other devices

    • Samsung Cloud

    • Samsung Apps (Android)

    • Samsung Notes
    • S Health

    • Samsung Pay

    • Samsung Payment Service

    • Easy Signup

    • Gallery

If you have problems with your Samsung Account, please contact us.

Hope these helps. 😀
