Can anyone help me.. my microsd card was encryted on my Samsung Galaxy A71. but when I want to decrypt it.. the button for decrypt is not activated... I can't recover now my files on my microsd card. Those pictures and videos are all important to me... 

I copied my pictures and videos on my laptop but since it is encrypted.. it won't open... can anyone please help me....

did you use the encryption native to android or did you used as app for encryption?

I used the native to android. The one on its setting under Biometrics and security
