Error occurred again

So the error occurred again while I just downloaded this app ""My Home Credit""

then my phone restarted and said "(unknown app) isn't optimized for this android version. Screen touches may be delayed or not recognized."

And when I went to this app (Samsung Members) the error log appeared again with the same attached logs, but different log create time..

My diagnosis tests also restarted to default after this happened.

Can anyone explain what is happening? This is the second time happening?

FloppaJJS, Good day! Have you register and verified account on My Home Credit application. If not you may follow this 5 steps for you to download the application.
Here are the troubleshooting steps you can follow:
1. Close all applications
2. Check your Internet connections, make sure its stable
3. For our Android app, we support versions Lollipop onwards.
4. Ensure that you have the latest version of the app
5. Then log in
If the problem persists after all the troubleshooting steps, please send an email with a screenshot of the error to info@homecredit.ph, with subject line ERROR in MOB APP then include your account number and date of birth.

much better, remove home credit, after my loan has ended i renoved the app
