Bigla na lang nag off at hindi na nag open.
Ano po kaya problem nito.

Thank you for reaching us. Since your device is 7 years old, possible your battery is coming to his end. Normally, the life time of a battery is 1 or 2 years. After that you have to replace it. Keep safe!

Try bringing it to the nearest Samsung Service Center to check you device. Para alam mo din option mo. I hope maging ok pa yan😊

A) Check and charge your Device

  • Check the cable and the charger.
  • Try charging your phone with another charger.
  • Try charging your phone via a computer, wall outlet, lamp or wireless charging station.
  • Ensure that the cable is not damaged.
  • Remove any phone case.
  • Ensure the charging port is not damaged. 

B) Optimize using Battery and Device care. 

Step 1. Go to Settings.

Step 2. Select Battery and device care.

Step 3. Tap Optimize now.

C) Running the Diagnostic Tools under Samsung Members app.

1. Run Samsung Members and select Get help on the lower half of the screen.

2. Tap View Tests located under Diagnostics.

3. Diagnostics checks, Individually Tap the following;

     Battery status

4. Your Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.

6. You can view your results after each check is complete.

D) Report Error through Samsung Members app.

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.

Step 2.TapOKon agreement popup for sending system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category. Tap Power/Battery/Charging.

Step 4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.

E) Replace your Battery with a new Genuine Samsung Battery Li-Ion 1850 mAh.

Dati kasi ako gumagamit nung hindi ko pa nabili ito samsung A11 ko. Pro ng mabili ko n ito ung nanay ko na gumamit nung samsung J1.
Ang naiisip ko din kasi bka sa madalas na mabagsak ng nanay ko ung J1 kea nagka gnun yun.!
