So i basically was using my phone right? And suddenly Game launcher notified me that my gameplay status is being shared to my discord friends, well i dont use discord so im kinda freaking out on what it means. Does it mean im hacked? I've never actually logged in into Discord ibe never had an acc, so if you guys can help that would be amazing ❤️

Another sign that your phone is hacked is that your phone produces excessive heat even when not being used fast battery consumption. Also excessive heat on phone may be cause of malware.

Is the Virus scan i the settings accurate?

Yes, but it only scans installed apps just like Google PlayStore's Play Protect feature. Device files and microSD cards are not included in the scan.
