2) A strong Network Coverage by calling your network provider about the status of signal in your coverage area.
3) Strong Router, Wi-Fi Signals with Un-interrupted Connectivity.
4) Sufficient media storage space.
5) Re-start your device by press and hold down the Volume Down and Power buttons for about ten seconds.
