Randomly Freezing While Playing

My game randomly freezed, I didn't do anything, I was playing a sound on my headset while playing and this happen.?

Hi FloppaJJs, it must be frustrating for you to be distracted while playing your favorite games. Rest assured we are here to help you.  Meanwhile, have you check the latest software updates and if you do have available memory right now? 

In addition, you may also do the following steps.

1) Check for any open Apps that you have installed previously.

2) Close the Music Player while playing Games. 

3)  Close unnecessary Apps/Browser during games.

My software is on the lastest version
My available ram is 4.1gb/8GB ram with ram expansion: 8GB
1 I only use yt music, Roblox,tiktok,discord, Facebook,and more
2. I use yt music because the premium is free.
3 I literally clear the background apps after I play games

Further, we can try to look for further possible reasons then as follows:

1) Wi-Fi connection 

2) Game Updates 

3) Try Resetting the Game Apps

4) FPS (Frame Rate) speed is not up to the game level.

Yes, the wifi connection is very SLOW (since I'm pretty far to my router)
so I use a VPN so my wifi won't disconnected

2) the game is always updated
3)I literally clear cache when it TAKES too much STORAGE
4) not pretty laggy for my SM A32
