Hello, I would like to report an issue about my camera and I hope you could help me. My phone is new like I bought last month I like samsung A52 because it has a big storage. At the moment checking in my storage I have 29% used of internal storage that means I have a big space for the coming files. The problem was happened 3 days ago when I'm taking photos, looking at it it was captured but when I looked at them in the gallery there was none. Now wonder where are the photos I took. I'm observing my phone until now and I did some troubleshooting already and it didn't worked. Also 1 of the suggested troubleshooting was to update the app, to my surprised it said " your phone is no longer compatible with your device, contact developer". Is this the reason why I'm having trouble in taking images? I attached a screenshoot of the photo from playstore. This is a big issue for me because I like taking photos. Thank you for taking time giving attention to this. Have a good day! Bye.
