Bixby doesn't listen when a video is playing

Even when i say hi Bixby loud and close. Is there a way to fix this?

I don't use Bixby - But you can try Clearing Cache & Data for it - Reboot - If that fails you can do one of two things - Send an error report to Samsung - Or Factory Reset - BACKUP your device with Smart Switch BEFORE you Factory Reset 😉🕊️
