Direct Messaging

I tried Direct Messaging someone but it wont send and I get error message to try again later. Can anyone tell how to get this working?

Greaat daay! I am very sorry to hear about this issue. No worries, I'll try to help you. What I can suggest for you to do is to: Update the app: From the Conversations tab, tap More options (the three vertical dots), tap Settings, and then tap About Messages. If an update is available, tap Update.

Messages App is working fine. The direct messaging to Samsung Members App is not working 😢
