Is there someone here experiencing problem with the Samsung Galaxy A12 or can someone from Samsung answer this concern? I've been using this phone for mote than 2 months only... and yet the front camera suddenly stops working. I did all the basic trouble shooting that the customer care told me even trying the camera on a safe mode but the problem still exist. I am a Samsung user for so many years now but only in this Samsung Galaxy A12 that I have encountered such problem... I am sorry but it is really disappointing...
